Please allow 5 working days for UK delivery.

What should I do if my order isn’t delivered?
Please email shawhouse@westberks.gov.uk including your order number and full name as this will help us speed up the search for your order details. Emails are monitored Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.


Returns/Exchange
All items from the online shop are are non-refundable. We are able to offer
exchanges which must take place in person, please bring your purchase back to Shaw House reception in it’s original condition and packaging along with your order number.

If you have received a product that is faulty or damaged, please email shawhouse@westberks.gov.uk.
